I hired Sabri to paint the exterior of my house and he did a fantastic job. He is very professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with. He took the time to discuss the plan with me and completed the job in a very timely manner. Not long after he finished the job, I had an unfortunate incident with an angry crow who pecked holes in the recently painted and repaired porch railing. Sabri was extremely generous and came back and fixed it right away without charge. This is above and beyond, in my opinion! I will definitely use Zidan Construction and Painting, when I am ready to paint the interior of my home. Highly recommend this company!

Absolutely. I have referred Sabri to multiple clients (I am a realtor) as have quite a few of my associates and friends. And he has done work for me personally. He is professional, the work is always right and well done. Sabri communicates really well, comes in on budget and on time. Can't ask much more than that in a great contractor. I highly recommend him.

Sabri's team has done multiple jobs for us in our rental properties. It is great that he takes time to walk the property with us and make recommendations, especially because he is the Owner. He always sticks to the timeline, and often has recommendations that help improve the value of the unit. We have been working together for more than a year, and our clients are always happy with his work.

We look forward to years of success together!

Sabri is an extremely competent general contractor. He is extremely responsive, honest. shows up on time and on budget! His proposal included 4-5 days to complete and it was done in 4-5 days and not a dime over budget! Sabri and his team are extremely easy to speak with. If you are looking for an honest, ethical, and competent contractor, please contact Sabri, he's the best.

Thanks Sabri!

Zidan Painting created such calm in the storm of a water heather leak that destroyed our bedroom ceiling and much of our attic space. The bid was accepted by insurance and the work went smoothly. The work they did in our attic was above and beyond in terms of craftsmanship and effort. We were so happy and grateful, we added on a bathroom paint job. I know we will be using Zidan paitinng and COnstruciton again. There is not better feeling then having a trusted, skilled team helping through problems...but also through wishes. Thank you Sabri, Perfecto, Carlos and team.

Sabri Zidan and his crew, led by the very aptly named Perfecto, did a fantastic, careful job on my new condo, painting bedrooms, entryway, kitchen cabinets, window sills and touch ups of walls in other rooms.
The prep work was meticulous, the painting first rate and the place was spotless at the end of the work.
Sabri went beyond the call of duty, changing a lightbulb, taking down old shelving and putting up new Elfa shelving in a closet. He was lovely to work with, very personable and I highly recommend him and his crew. Would give 10 stars if I could!

Very courteous but I was never contacted with an estimate. I called and was told I would get the estimate soon but never received one. I was very disappointed.
